What we collect

We collect the information you give us and some information your device sends automatically.

• Details you enter in a form: your name, phone number, email, and what you tell us about the land you want — budget, timeline, intended use, and area.
• Technical data your browser sends: IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view.
• Advertising identifiers when you arrive from an ad: the Google click ID (gclid), the Meta click ID (fbclid), and campaign tags (UTMs).
• Phone-call details when you call a number on our site: the number you dialed, your caller ID, and a recording of the call.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Answer you and send the lots and financing details you asked about.
• Reach you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry.
• Measure which ads and pages bring in genuine buyers, and improve them.
• Keep the site secure and prevent fraud and spam.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that run our business, and only as needed:

• Zapier and Airtable, which store your inquiry and route it to our team.
• Google (Google Ads and Analytics), to measure how our ads perform. When you send a form, we pass Google a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email and phone so it can connect the form to the ad that brought you — never the plain details.
• Meta (Facebook), to measure how our ads perform.
• CallRail, which records and attributes phone calls.
• A licensed title company, if you decide to move forward with a purchase.

We may also share information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising for money.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar tools for analytics and advertising measurement, through Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, and CallRail. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may work less well. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can tell us to exclude you from any sale or sharing — we don’t sell it, but the choice is yours. To opt out of Google Analytics, install Google’s opt-out browser add-on. To limit Meta ad tracking, adjust your Facebook ad settings. To make a request, email info@terraprimelots.com and we’ll respond within the time the law allows. We won’t treat you differently for exercising these rights.

How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry for as long as we’re in contact and as long as the law requires, then delete or anonymize it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our site is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page, and we’ll post any material changes here.
