Is no-credit-check land financing legit?
Yes. Owner financing — also called seller financing — is a long-established, legal way to buy land directly from the owner instead of through a bank. You close through a title company, the deed is recorded in your name at closing, and we hold the mortgage until the balance is paid off.
What do I need to qualify?
A down payment and the ability to make steady monthly payments. There's no credit-score minimum and no bank approval to wait on.
Will you check my credit at all?
No. We don't pull your credit or run a hard inquiry, so shopping with us won't affect your score.
Can I buy land with bad credit or a low credit score?
Yes. We never look at your score, so a low score, a past bankruptcy, or no credit history at all does not disqualify you. Every lot we own is available with owner financing on the same terms for every buyer.
Is there a catch?
No catch. The land is financed directly by us. You'll know your down payment and monthly payment up front, before you sign anything.
What happens if I miss a payment?
A flat late fee is added if a payment is more than 5 days late. Because you're working with the owner and not a bank, talk to us early if something comes up and we'll go over the details with you.
Can I pay off the land early?
Yes. You can pay the balance off early, and there's no penalty for doing it.
